One of my top clients, a well-established and respected plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. They are dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from intake to settlement or trial.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and analyze case facts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel.
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests.
- Conduct depositions and prepare cases for trial.
- Trial experience is highly recommended, and a demonstrated interest in trial work is essential.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and legal developments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of [Number] years of experience exclusively practicing plaintiff's personal injury law. Applicants with demonstrably strong plaintiff-side experience in other areas of law who can illustrate transferable skills will be considered.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury cases.
