If you are a Commercial Mortgage Banker and you did not make $500k last year, we need to have a conversation.

I have a unique opportunity to join a growing firm in Houston Texas.  This is an onsite role with a 100% commission plan.  The most recent loan originators who have joined the firm in the last few years are crushing their goals.  One producer with 4 years tenure will clear $950k in 2024.  Another producer cleared $250k in their first year and is on track to make almost $500k in 2024.  

The best part is that the CEO of this firm will train the successful candidate in every aspect of client acquisition, credit analysis, deal structure, underwriting and investor presentation.   The successful candidate needs a basic understanding of real estate and a “Rainmaker” level of hustle.

You must have at least 2 years of Large Commercial Real Estate Transactions in your background.  They must be at least $25M in value and NOT Hard Money Deals. 

You must have a subject matter expertice of the credit underwriting raios used to evauluate commercial loans

Our cient is offering a draw against commission during first six months and or an ability to share in the fee income of deals already in the pipeline.
