Senior Project Manager – Industrial Construction
An industry-leading general contractor is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to take charge of large-scale, ground-up industrial construction projects. These projects include manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and complex infrastructure builds, typically ranging from $50M–$100M+. This is a high-impact, confidential role with strong growth potential and immediate hiring availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor contracts
Lead coordination with owners, design teams, and field personnel
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity across all phases
Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
Drive project success while supporting team development
Qualifications:
7+ years of project management experience in industrial construction
Proven success managing large ground-up industrial or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field coordination
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
