Senior Freight Sales Executive-Hunter

Remote (Washington, DC Area)

Are you a true freight sales hunter with the numbers to prove it? This is not a role for order-takers—we’re looking for someone who knows how to build, close, and scale.

We are working with a high-growth logistics company seeking a top-performing sales professional based in or near the Washington, DC area. This is a fully remote opportunity with strong internal support, allowing you to focus on revenue generation.


What You’ll Do

  • Aggressively pursue and close new business across FTL, LTL, and specialized freight
  • Leverage your existing relationships to generate immediate revenue
  • Build and grow a high-margin book of business
  • Partner with operations to deliver exceptional service and retain clients
  • Own your results—this is a performance-driven environment

What You Bring

  • Proven success in freight brokerage, 3PL, or asset-based sales
  • A transferable book of business and established industry relationships
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to win

Compensation

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $150,000 (based on experience and production)
  • Uncapped, aggressive commission structure
