Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Of Counsel to join our client's dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in family law, personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and planning and zoning matters.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including family law, personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and planning and zoning disputes.
• Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Provide expert legal counsel on family law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, planning and zoning, and other complex civil litigation cases.
• Maintain a strong client base and independently manage a full caseload in multiple areas of civil litigation.
• Collaborate with partners and associates on high-stakes civil litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in family law, personal injury, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, and planning and zoning.
• Must have a full book of business with an established client base.
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills in all areas of civil litigation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
