Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our client's growing energy law practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil & gas law, including transactions, regulatory compliance, title examination, and litigation related to oil & gas matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on oil & gas leases, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct oil & gas title examinations and draft title opinions.
• Negotiate and draft agreements related to oil & gas exploration, production, and distribution.
• Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution concerning oil & gas rights and contracts.
• Stay current on state and federal regulations affecting the oil & gas industry.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in oil & gas law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling oil & gas title opinions and regulatory matters.
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
