A respected firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1–3 years of experience in business and commercial litigation to join their St. Louis office. The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Responsibilities:
Assist in handling complex business and commercial disputes
Draft motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
Conduct legal research and case analysis
Support partners through all phases of litigation, including depositions and trial preparation
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice (or ability to obtain admission) in Missouri
1–3 years of litigation experience, preferably in business or commercial matters
