Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts while delivering exceptional client service.
Review client needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and prepare insurance quotes.
Assist clients throughout the claims process to ensure timely and smooth resolution.
Stay current on insurance products and industry trends to provide informed guidance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
Active Property & Casualty license.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
Client-focused mindset with a passion for service.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with agency management or CRM systems.
Interest in pursuing professional designations (CISR, CIC).
