Product Liability Attorney in Torrance

Job Description

Highly reputable firm is looking for a Product Liability Attorney for their office. The candidate must be motivated, reliable and able to work independently for a professional firm.

• At least 2 years of insurance defense or product liability litigation experience.
• Insurance defense experience in any area: construction defect, general liability, premises liability, professional liability, insurance coverage/bad faith, landlord/tenant defense, personal injury defense, etc. Some commercial litigation experience is a plus
• Have courtroom and deposition experience; trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be eager to hit the ground running with hearings, depositions, board hearings, and trials.
