Structural Design Engineer

In This Role, You Will:
- Design glulam beams, trusses, and arches, including connection and support details
- Generate shop drawings, submittals, and structural calculations for review and fabrication
- Coordinate with internal sales, production, and project teams to ensure buildability and code compliance
- Review specifications, project plans, and codes for accuracy and alignment
- Interface with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders on custom timber solutions
Your Background:
- EIT or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain PE in near term)
- Bachelor’s in civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience in structural timber or interest in engineered wood design
- Proficient in AutoCAD and structural analysis tools (RISA, SAP2000, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and an interest in custom, hands-on work
