Litigation Associate | Denver, CO
A well-recognized national law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate (3–5 years) to join its growing Denver office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial insurance recovery group handling sophisticated matters nationwide—including a large sports insurance practice representing athletes, teams, and leagues, as well as institutional clients.
What You’ll Do
• Manage complex commercial and insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Work closely with litigators in the firm’s Los Angeles office on multi-jurisdictional cases.
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery in both state and federal court.
• Collaborate with clients on strategic litigation planning and case evaluation.
• Engage in a dynamic, hybrid work environment supporting professional growth and flexibility.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of litigation experience within a law firm setting.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and analytical ability.
• Experience with California court systems preferred.
• Barred in California and Colorado (required).
