Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager – Underground Wet Utilities
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead the estimating and project execution efforts for underground wet utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on municipal excavation, site work, and utility installations.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for underground utility and excavation projects
Manage projects from bid award through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with municipalities, subcontractors, field crews, and internal teams
Read and interpret civil plans, specs, and bid documents
Track project progress and change orders
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
5+ years of estimating and project management experience in municipal underground wet utilities
Strong knowledge of excavation, water, sewer, and storm drain systems
Familiar with local codes and permitting processes
Proficient in estimating and project management software
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
