The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join a premier litigation team that focuses exclusively on high-value, complex Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.
- Case Profile: Handle a challenging caseload featuring high-stakes personal injury cases, routinely valued from high six figures up to eight figures.
- Team Environment: Work directly with nationally recognized partners who are leaders in the field, providing unparalleled mentorship and exposure to sophisticated trial strategy.
- Impact: Play a critical role in securing justice and life-changing compensation for catastrophically injured clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial preparation, focusing on high-value matters.
- Draft and argue complex motions, conduct and defend depositions, and manage written discovery.
- Develop case strategies, conduct in-depth legal research, and prepare detailed trial documents.
- Engage in productive settlement negotiations and mediations.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2-4 years of litigation experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury.
- Bar Status: Must be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload, strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, and a commitment to achieving excellent results.
- Work Style: Must be a highly collaborative, dedicated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Attendance: This is a 100% in-office position, Monday through Friday, central to the firm’s collaborative and high-performance culture.
