Mechanical Service Account Manager
Mechanical Contractor

An established and growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to support and expand a select portfolio of HVAC service and maintenance clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-driven sales without micromanagement.

What you’ll do:

• Develop, estimate, and sell HVAC service and maintenance projects

• Build long-term relationships with a defined group of accounts

• Partner closely with sales and operations leadership

• Prepare estimates by reviewing plans and specifications

What they’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in HVAC or Plumbing estimating and/or sales

• Ability to read plans and specifications

• Comfortable estimating projects with limited oversight

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Project a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
