Are you a high-energy transportation leader who loves driving revenue as much as running a tight, high-performing terminal? Our client is seeking a Sales-driven Terminal Manager to lead their Norfolk operation—someone who knows the industry inside and out, builds strong customer relationships, and inspires teams to exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all aspects of terminal operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

  • Drive new business development and local sales initiatives to grow market share.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and regional partners.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop terminal staff—fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy, budgeting, and performance KPIs.

  • Ensure compliance with all transportation, safety, and industry regulations.
