Custom Home Superintendent

A well-established residential construction company is seeking an experienced Custom Home Superintendent to join their team in the St. Louis, MO market. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Superintendent who takes pride in building high-quality custom homes and delivering an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee custom home construction from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• Manage schedules, quality control, and jobsite safety
• Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and the project team
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential construction experience
• Custom or luxury home experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects moving
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
