Position Summary:
The Estimating Manager leads the estimating department, overseeing bid strategies, cost models, and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee conceptual estimating and detailed quantity takeoffs
Manage subcontractor outreach, scope reviews, and bid packaging
Lead pre-bid meetings and pricing strategy development
Perform risk assessments and estimate clarifications
Provide guidance to estimators and support team development
Qualifications:
8+ years commercial estimating experience
Strong experience with conceptual budgeting and GMP preparation
