The Roofing PM manages membrane, metal, and specialty roofing scopes, ensuring safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement
Oversee subcontractor performance and installation quality
Lead inspections, punch lists, and project documentation
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and design clarifications
Qualifications:
3–7 years commercial roofing project management
