Position Summary:
The PM leads commercial/industrial maintenance-driven projects, including facility improvements and expansion programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage industrial facility renovation and upgrade scopes
Coordinate with plant operations on shutdown schedules
Oversee subcontractor work, documentation, and compliance
Track project budgets, forecasts, and progress milestones
Qualifications:
5–10 years industrial or commercial PM experience
