Position Summary:
The Superintendent manages millwork installation, finish coordination, and field production on complex commercial interiors projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee carpentry and millwork installation sequencing
Conduct layout checks, quality inspections, and progress reviews
Work with PM teams on schedules and procurement needs
Manage subcontractor communication and field coordination
Qualifications:
5+ years finish carpentry or millwork field leadership
