Associate Attorney – Real Estate / Corporate Transactions | Orlando

A respected boutique firm in Orlando is seeking a 5+ year Attorney with experience in real estate, title, corporate, and business transactions. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters in a client-focused, team-oriented environment with long-term growth potential.

What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, title, and corporate/business transactions

  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and corporate governance documents

  • Experience handling closings, title review, and related due diligence

  • Ability to advise clients on entity formation, contract structuring, and business operations

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in real estate and corporate/business transactions from inception through closing

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and operating agreements

  • Manage title review and closing processes, including resolving curative issues

  • Advise clients on entity structuring, governance, and compliance

  • Support clients in business acquisitions, dispositions, and related corporate matters

  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality, efficient client service
