A well-established and growing food manufacturing company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across the Eastern U.S. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact while partnering closely with executive leadership.

With over 30 years in business, this organization is a leader in the production of high-quality edible oils, serving food manufacturers, distributors, and commercial kitchens nationwide. The company operates a state-of-the-art processing facility and offers both branded and private label solutions.

Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding market share, managing key accounts, and developing new business within the foodservice and food manufacturing sectors. This individual will report directly to senior leadership and play a critical role in the company’s continued growth in the Eastern region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow territory revenue

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within foodservice and manufacturing channels

  • Leverage market data and analytics to drive decision-making and sales performance

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer success

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience within foodservice or food & beverage manufacturing

  • Proven track record of building and managing a book of business

  • Strong network within commercial kitchens, restaurants, or food manufacturing

  • Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Must reside in the Eastern region of the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + bonus
