Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within scope. This individual will coordinate with subcontractors, clients, engineers, and internal teams while maintaining strong communication and leadership throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full life cycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through close-out.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
    • Oversee subcontractor selection, contract management, and performance.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
    • Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
    • Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
    • Prepare and present regular project updates, progress reports, and documentation.
    • Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
    • Mentor project teams and contribute to best-practice project management processes.

 

Qualifications

      • 1–10+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects.
      • Proven ability to oversee multiple subcontractors and complex project scopes.
      • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project controls.
      • Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
      • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
      • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
      • OSHA certifications or PMP certification is a plus.
