🔥 Fire Sprinkler Project Manager Location: Atlanta, GA Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 (Based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from kickoff to closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fire sprinkler projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and installation oversight

  • Coordinate with designers, estimators, field supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors

  • Review drawings, specifications, and NFPA requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Perform on-site project visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality

  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, AHJs, and internal teams

  • Prepare and track project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope

  • Resolve project issues quickly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in the fire sprinkler or fire protection industry

  • Strong understanding of NFPA codes and sprinkler system types (wet, dry, pre-action, ESFR, etc.)

  • Ability to read construction plans and coordinate multi-discipline schedules

  • Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
