Service Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration
Location: Charlotte, NC (Local candidates preferred)
Compensation: Up to $110,000 base + benefits
Position Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
5+ years of HVAC service management experience
Strong, hands-on knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
Proven leadership skills with experience managing service teams and operations
Familiarity with service dispatching, quoting, and project coordination
Strong communication and organizational abilities
