A major, well-established food manufacturing operation is expanding its maintenance leadership team and is urgently hiring two Maintenance Supervisors to support a high-volume production facility.
If you are a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys leading technicians, solving equipment issues, and keeping production running, this is a strong opportunity to step into a stable operation with long-term growth.
This role oversees a crew of 5–10 maintenance technicians and works closely with plant leadership to ensure equipment reliability, preventative maintenance execution, and production uptime.
What You'll Lead
• Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians• Drive preventative and corrective maintenance programs• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and production equipment• Coordinate repairs, installs, and equipment upgrades• Support plant safety, reliability, and operational uptime• Partner with maintenance leadership on planning and improvements
What We're Looking For
• 3–5+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience• Strong background in industrial/food manufacturing maintenance• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plant systems• Experience leading maintenance technicians in a production environment• Welding fabrication experience OR PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
