Labor & Employment Associate | Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami, FL

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate (1–4 years) to join its growing team in South Florida. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on diverse employment matters while advising businesses and organizations across multiple industries.

What You’ll Do
• Handle cases involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and FLSA claims, as well as related state counterpart litigation.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts and before the EEOC, DOL, and other administrative agencies.
• Provide human resources counseling and compliance training to employers.
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and agreements.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys across offices in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Experience handling administrative, federal, and state-level employment matters.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar (required).
• Strong academic credentials and professional integrity.
