What You Bring

• Experience building in medical or similarly regulated settings
• 5+ years in the field
• A related degree or equal field background
• Local candidates preferred

What You Will Handle

• Plan look-aheads and the master schedule
• Lead coordination meetings
• Oversee daily field work and RFIs
• Lead safety walks and punch list
• Work with inspectors and manage trades
