QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Professional licensure or on the path to licensure preferred
- 3-6 years of experience in a professional design office
- Experience in commercial project types (multi family, healthcare, education, master planning etc.)
- Ability to direct, mentor and coordinate work efforts of project team
- Understanding of design, materials, construction practices and construction costs
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends with building codes and zoning ordinances
- Understanding of sustainable material selection for LEED compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
