Overview
This role supports a fast-moving construction team delivering large industrial concrete and steel structures. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in pricing work accurately and competitively while supporting rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Lead estimates for structural concrete, steel, and industrial projects
Perform detailed takeoffs and cost analysis
Work closely with operations and project management teams
Evaluate subcontractor bids and vendor pricing
Support preconstruction planning and budgeting
Requirements
8+ years of estimating experience in structural concrete and/or steel
Strong background in large industrial or heavy concrete projects
Ability to price complex scopes under tight timelines
Proficiency with estimating software and spreadsheets
