🔥 Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative Salary Range: $75,000 – $120,000 (Base + Commission Potential) Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Fire Sprinkler Sales Representative to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and providing tailored fire sprinkler solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential customers. If you have a strong understanding of fire protection systems and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building

  • Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs

  • Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and system solutions

  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referral

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

  • Stay informed on NFPA codes, industry standards, and competitive offerings

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of fire protection, fire sprinkler, or related technical sales experience

  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to read construction plans and understand basic design concepts

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
