A top-tier, privately held homebuilder located just outside Washington, D.C. is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager
Sales Leadership
Manage and support a team of new home sales consultants
Monitor sales goals, absorption rates, and community performance
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive conversion
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Partner with Construction, Design, and Operations on community launches
Marketing Strategy
Lead marketing campaigns for new and existing communities
Oversee digital advertising, website content, and social media presence
Coordinate model home merchandising and community branding
Manage events, grand openings, realtor outreach, and community promotions
Customer Experience
Optimize the buying journey from first contact to contract
Support quality control and ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are met
5+ years of new home sales and/or marketing experience (builder or residential development preferred)
Proven leadership experience managing sales teams or onsite agents
Strong understanding of the Washington D.C. metro real estate market
Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing, and lead management tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
