🏡 Sales & Marketing Manager – Leading Homebuilder | Washington, D.C. Metro Area

A top-tier, privately held homebuilder located just outside Washington, D.C. is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager 

  • Well-established regional builder with a strong reputation for quality
  • Strong pipeline of new communities across the DMV
  • Customer-focused approach with high referral and repeat business

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Manage and support a team of new home sales consultants

  • Monitor sales goals, absorption rates, and community performance

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive conversion

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

  • Partner with Construction, Design, and Operations on community launches

Marketing Strategy

  • Lead marketing campaigns for new and existing communities

  • Oversee digital advertising, website content, and social media presence

  • Coordinate model home merchandising and community branding

  • Manage events, grand openings, realtor outreach, and community promotions

Customer Experience

  • Optimize the buying journey from first contact to contract

  • Support quality control and ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are met


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of new home sales and/or marketing experience (builder or residential development preferred)

  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams or onsite agents

  • Strong understanding of the Washington D.C. metro real estate market

  • Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing, and lead management tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
