Job Title: Rebuild Restoration Project Manager

Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable Rebuild Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects. This role focuses on coordinating rebuild work after property damage events, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You’ll work directly with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day rebuild projects following water, fire, storm, or other property damage
  • Prepare scopes of work, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and project timelines
  • Maintain organized documentation, job files, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Communicate consistently with clients, adjusters, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues
  • Perform regular site visits to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance
  • Support project closeout activities, including final inspections and punch lists

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction, restoration, or project management preferred
  • Strong understanding of residential rebuild processes and job-site coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Solid communication and customer-service skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools; Xactimate knowledge is helpful
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed
