Prepare detailed legal descriptions for boundary and construction surveys.
Perform both office and field duties related to land surveying projects.
Represent the firm professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Solve complex problems and ensure a high standard of work is maintained.
Oversee projects from initiation to completion while maintaining client communication.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying.
Experience with residential and commercial projects preferred.
Familiarity with the local market is a plus.
Strong field and office capabilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Skilled in construction calculations and related documentation.
Committed to delivering quality work efficiently and effectively.
Licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the relevant state (or ability to obtain quickly).
Proficient in field instruments and AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
Solid understanding of the full surveying process.
