Job Description

A well-established ready-to-eat food production facility is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support and stabilize high-speed production and packaging operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned tech who can troubleshoot independently, handle complex repairs, and serve as a go-to resource on the floor.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues

  • Lead advanced troubleshooting on production and packaging lines

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

  • Support line startups, changeovers, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Work with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems

  • Partner with Production and Sanitation to minimize downtime

  • Document work orders, parts usage, and corrective actions

  • Follow strict food safety and plant safety standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing strongly preferred

  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

  • PLC troubleshooting experience preferred

  • Able to work independently and mentor junior techs

  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
