A well-established ready-to-eat food production facility is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support and stabilize high-speed production and packaging operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned tech who can troubleshoot independently, handle complex repairs, and serve as a go-to resource on the floor.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Lead advanced troubleshooting on production and packaging lines
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Support line startups, changeovers, and continuous improvement efforts
Work with PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
Partner with Production and Sanitation to minimize downtime
Document work orders, parts usage, and corrective actions
Follow strict food safety and plant safety standards
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience in food or beverage manufacturing strongly preferred
Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
Able to work independently and mentor junior techs
