Job Description

A national general contractor is hiring a Senior MEP Project Manager for its mission critical group in DFW. You'll own the mechanical, electrical and plumbing scope on large data center projects and keep complex systems on schedule and on budget.

What You'll Do

• Lead MEP scope on data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning
• Manage MEP trade partners, buyout and change orders
• Drive coordination, submittals and equipment procurement
• Plan and support testing, startup and commissioning
• Report on cost, schedule and risk to owners and leadership

What You Bring

• 8+ years of MEP project management experience with a general contractor or MEP contractor
• Data center or mission critical experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and long-lead equipment
• Comfort with Procore, scheduling tools and cost reporting
• Clear communication and strong leadership
