Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Director of Mortgage Operations to lead our Mortgage Processing and Servicing teams. This role oversees daily operations, drives efficiencies, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports a high-quality member experience. Ideal for a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, USDA, and VA guidelines.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the mortgage operations team.
  • Oversee workflow, processes, training, and service quality.
  • Administer LOS and servicing systems; manage system updates and integrations.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new tools/services.
  • Partner across departments to enhance mortgage products, efficiency, and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to the long-term vision of the mortgage department.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • In-depth mortgage lending and servicing knowledge.
  • 3+ years of mortgage management experience.
  • Proven experience overseeing a full-service mortgage department.
