We are working with a highly reptuable general contractor that's been a leader in the construction industry for 40 years! They specialize in diverse commercial projects, offering a diverse range of services from pre-construction planning to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing and communication plans to foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Oversee social media platforms, digital content creation, and media outreach to boost brand recognition and engagement.
- Leverage graphic design expertise to produce visually appealing and effective marketing collateral.
- Serve as the on-the-ground company representative, building connections through attendance at events, meetings, and industry trade shows.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging that aligns with organizational goals and strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, or a related discipline, with prior experience in the construction industry considered a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in graphic design, social media strategy, digital marketing, and managing media relations effectively.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, excelling at fostering strong relationships and delivering impactful results.
- Highly self-driven and detail-focused, with a proven track record of managing diverse projects in dynamic, fast-paced settings
