 What Job Tasks You'll Preform:

  • Interpret job orders and production specs to prepare machines for operation
  • Set up and adjust bag-forming machines, sealing units, and inkjet systems
  • Fine-tune cutting blades, dies, and guides for optimal performance
  • Monitor and adjust speed, temperature, and pressure during production runs
  • Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product integrity
  • Train and support bag packers during shifts
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 7S standards
  • Accurately complete shift and production documentation

 What Qualifications will You Bring?:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications a plus)
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing—preferably food-grade
  • Proven experience with Totani, B&B, or Hudson Sharp machines
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing up to 10 feet
  • Familiar with cGMP and 7S manufacturing practices
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
