Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care during PM shifts, including medication administration, assessments, treatments, and care coordination for residents in assisted living and memory care.
• Monitor resident health status, respond to changes promptly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Foster a safe, engaging environment by supervising CNAs, providing hands-on support, and promoting resident dignity and independence.

Qualifications and Must-Haves

• Active RN license in Wisconsin (or compact state); graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in long-term care, senior living, or geriatrics.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and compassion for older adults; BLS/CPR certified.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional resident outings or emergencies.
