About the Opportunity
This expanding food manufacturer is making a major investment in Quality & Food Safety and is looking for a hands-on leader to take ownership of FSQ performance at the plant level. This is your chance to drive transformation, build a stronger food safety culture, and be recognized for your impact.

You’ll partner with proactive operations and a forward-thinking Director of Quality who supports innovation and continuous improvement.

What You Will Lead

  • Site responsibility for SQF, HACCP, GFSI, FSMA, and regulatory compliance

  • Development, coaching, and accountability of the QA team

  • Environmental monitoring program oversight

  • Root cause analysis and corrective action execution

  • 3rd party and customer audit readiness and performance

  • Quality systems improvement across the full production process

  • Collaboration with Production, R&D, Engineering & Sanitation

  • KPI tracking and reporting to senior leadership

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years QA/FSQ leadership experience in food manufacturing

  • Strong working knowledge of SQF and regulatory requirements

  • Confident communicator with cross-functional influence

  • Proven ability to lead teams with clarity and high expectations

  • Quick decision-making with urgency and accuracy
