Hospice Nurses Needed in the Atlanta area

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Hospice Nurse with 2-3 years of experience to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care and support to our patients and their families, ensuring they receive the comfort and dignity they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about hospice care, disease processes, and available resources.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during this critical time.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Travel to patients' homes as needed within [specific area or radius].

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathetic and caring approach to patient care.
• Willingness to travel for home visits.
