Job Title: Nurse Practitioner – OB/GYN Health & Wellness

About the Role

We are a growing, integrative health and wellness practice seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our OB/GYN team. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care — with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), laser treatments, wellness, and weight management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

  • Manage routine and complex gynecologic conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians

  • Develop and oversee individualized HRT treatment plans

  • Perform and/or assist in advanced gynecologic and aesthetic laser treatments

  • Counsel patients on lifestyle, wellness, and medical weight management strategies

  • Order, interpret, and follow up on lab work and imaging

  • Provide education on preventive care and long-term health strategies

  • Document all patient encounters clearly and efficiently in the EMR

  • Participate in continuing education to stay updated on evidence-based practices

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey (APN-C)

  • Certification in Women's Health, Family Practice, or Adult-Gerontology

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN or related specialty preferred

  • Experience or interest in:

    • Menopause and HRT management

    • Laser treatments in gynecology or aesthetics

    • Lifestyle medicine and medical weight loss

  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong commitment to holistic, patient-centered care

  • Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in an innovative and collaborative setting
