I’m partnering with a well-established litigation team that is looking to bring on a strong Mid-Level Attorney (4–12 years) with experience in wage and hour class actions. This is a confidential posting, and the role is based in Washington.
This group handles complex class and collective action matters and is looking for someone who can step in and make an impact right away. The work includes class certification, extensive motion practice, discovery, depositions, and working directly with class members. There is room to take on leadership responsibilities depending on experience.
4–12 years of employment litigation experience
Hands-on experience with wage and hour class or collective actions
Strong writing skills and solid motion practice background
Experience communicating with class members and handling complex discovery
Active Washington State Bar license
Salary typically $145,000–$250,000, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses

Candidates with plaintiff-side class action experience will stand out
Defense-side attorneys with meaningful plaintiff class action involvement are welcome
Portable business is a plus but not required
