Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging and high-impact cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and develop their legal career in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements
• Assist senior attorneys in case preparation and strategy development
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in the law

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in New Jersey and New York and in good standing
• 2-3 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards
