Owner's Rep - Project Manager in Decatur

Job Description

We’re searching for a Project Manager to join a growing Owner’s Representative firm with a strong pipeline of complex and meaningful projects across Healthcare and Education sectors in Atlanta!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects on behalf of the owner from conception to completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Serve as the client’s trusted advisor, ensuring goals are met with excellence
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and community stakeholders

Requirements:

• Background with an Owner's Rep firm or a Commercial General Contractor
• Experience with high-profile Healthcare and/or Education projects
• Stable work history
• Able to work in the US without restriction
