A growing ag retail operation is seeking a Field Sales Agronomist & Applicator to join its team. This full-time role combines crop input sales with custom application services. Ideal for someone who enjoys both working with farmers and operating equipment in the field.
Sell fertilizer, seed, and crop protection products
Build and maintain relationships with local growers
Provide agronomic support and fertility recommendations
Operate sprayers, spreaders, and tender equipment
Safely handle, load, and apply ag inputs
Maintain accurate records of applications and sales
Assist with inventory, deliveries, and seasonal facility work
Collaborate with agronomy and operations teams
Experience in agriculture, agronomy, or ag retail preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate application equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license required; CDL and pesticide license a plus
Willingness to work longer hours during peak seasons
