Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative within the Kitchen & Bath Industry to join our rapidly expanding team!  This position is responsible for creating and fostering relationships with new and existing clients and assisting them through the purchasing lifecycle. Must have experience in the Building Materials industry, specifically in cabinetry and/or countertops.

Job Duties: 

• Atrracting new business and maintaining relationships with current customers
• Suggestive selling by reccomending product enhancements and improvements
• Proactive education of emerging industry products and trends
• Staying abreast of industry developments to ensure optimal territory presence and professional knowledge
• Placing orders and ensuring proper delivery and installation
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Kitchen & Bath cabinet and countertop experience - required
• 2+ years experience Outside Sales to contractors  - required
• Proven success in negotiation and closing of sales - required
• Local builder and contractor connections including book of business - reqired
• Valid Driver's License - required
• Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards - required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - required
• Self-starter with proven ability to multi-task and remain organized - required
• AutoCAD experience - preferred
