The Preconstruction Manager leads early design coordination, budgeting, estimating oversight, risk evaluation, and proposal development.
Direct conceptual budgeting and quantity studies.
Manage design-phase reviews and constructability input.
Lead subcontractor engagement and early procurement strategies.
Support proposal writing, cost presentations, and milestone estimates.
5+ years preconstruction, estimating, or PM experience.
Ability to evaluate early design drawings and pricing assumptions.
Strong communication and planning skills.
