A well-regarded and expanding firm in Tampa is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates or Tax Attorney to join its highly respected private client group. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4+ years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families, who is looking to work alongside a collaborative team and contribute to sophisticated planning strategies.

Stability and a team-first mindset are highly valued—the firm is seeking someone with a track record of commitment, a willingness to learn, and the potential to grow into broader areas of practice over time.

Key Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; LLM preferred (Taxation or Estate Planning)

  • 4+ years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, or tax

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and complex planning structures

  • Familiarity with IRS Form 706 and 709 is a plus

  • Strong drafting and communication skills, with an eye for detail

  • Florida Bar license or eligible for reciprocity
